Rockville, MD - CyberTalkOnline LLC releases sharpVoice™ 6.0 software, a
Voice over Internet Protocol application for PC to PC or PC to Phone calls
CyberTalkOnline LLC unveiled the sharpVoice 6.0 VoIP client software (formerly
CyberTalkOnline PCTalk) at a gala press event co-hosted by Montgomery County
Executive Doug Duncan at the Maryland Technology Development Center.
CyberTalkOnline LLC demonstrated the capabilities of the software and how easy
it is to use.
sharpVoice 6.0 offers many new features. The most exciting of which is PC to
Phone calls at exceptionally low rates through calling card partners. For
example, calls made to the USA from anywhere in the world would only cost 3.5
cents per minute.
Like previous versions of the software, sharpVoice 6.0 offers free PC to PC
phone calls, crystal-clear voice quality, a Buddy List system that makes it as
simple as simple as a click to call, works flawlessly on dial-up and other slow
connections, the ability to conference multiple people together on a call, and
the ability to record and play back conversations.

December 16, 2003 - iNetXperts Corporation Completes Spin off of
CyberTalkOnline LLC
Rockville, MD - iNetXperts Corporation today announced that it has completed the
spin off of their software development efforts to form CyberTalkOnline LLC.
CyberTalkOnline LLC’s mission is to produce and bring to market a line of Peer
to Peer (P2P) Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) software products based on
our proprietary technology. CyberTalkOnline LLC will be launching their first
product, sharpVoice™ 6.0 in January 2004. sharpVoice™ is a VoIP application
providing customers the ability to use their PC for voice communication to
another PC or Telephone. According the Mark Heaney, the CEO of CyberTalkOnline
LLC “This is an important step towards enabling anyone anywhere to use their
internet-connected computer for voice communications regardless of the speed of

The officers of CyberTalkOnline LLC are:
CEO/CFO: Mark Heaney is the CEO of iNetXperts and will serve in that same
capacity for CyberTalkOnline. Mr. Heaney has over 10 years of managerial
experience in both small and large companies as well as a background in
computer networks. Before co-founding iNetXperts, Mr. Heaney was a VP of
Technology with marchFIRST HostOne.
CTO: Rajesh C K R, Mr. C K R has over 10 years of experience in designing and
developing network applications and protocols and serves as the Chief
Technology Officer.
Chief People Officer: Robin Wiener serves as the President of iNetXperts and
will serve as the Chief People Officer for CyberTalkOnline LLC. Before
co-founding iNetXperts, she served as Director of Human Resources/Recruiting at
marchFIRST HostOne. Ms. Wiener has over 15 years of managerial and Human
Resource experience
Vice President: Jason Harmon is the Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of
iNetXperts and will serve as Vice President of CyberTalkOnline LLC. Before
co-founding iNetXperts, Mr. Harmon was the VP of Architeture & Development
with marchFIRST HostOne. Mr. Harmon has over 12 years of experience in software
development.
Vice President: Alison Hoffman is a Vice President for CyberTalkOnline. Before
joining iNetXperts and CyberTalkOnline, Ms. Hoffman worked in human resource
consulting for 8 years as a project manager. Ms. Hoffman earned her MBA from
John Hopkins University in 2001.
