Follow the steps below to enter the calling card number to sharpVoice client after purchase

Once you purchase a calling card, you will be sent the 8 digit account number and 4 digit PIN by email.

On the sharpVoice client application, Click on Tools menu and select Calling Card Settings. Enter the 12 digit calling card account number and PIN carefully. Click Save.

Now you are ready to make phone calls. You can enter the phone number on the sharpVoice client application and click the call button. Note that while entering a phone number, you have to enter in the following format 00[country-code][area-code][phone-number]
For ex,
To call Maryland in USA, enter 0013011231234
To call Bangalore in India, enter 00918025274674
