There are two levels of authorized reseller certification available:
sharpVoice™ 6.0 Software Authorized Reseller
sharpVoice™ 6.0 Software Authorized Distributor
The Authorized Reseller program is designed for small to medium-sized sales
organizations that want to add sharpVoice Software to their offerings with the
minimum commitment. At a larger scale, the Authorized distributor program is
designed for larger organizations that want a private-label version of the
sharpVoice software and/or wish to sell through their own reseller channels.
sharpVoice™ 6.0 Software Authorized Reseller
Benefits:
The ability to purchase licenses online at reduced rates.
The use of the sharpVoice name and logo on your website and marketing
materials.
Access to exclusive reseller materials on the sharpVoice Reseller website.
Marketing and other support from the sharpVoice team.
Requirements:
The reseller must purchase 50 licenses upfront to become a recognized reseller.
The reseller must execute an annual reseller agreement with CyberTalkOnline LLC
online through the website.
The reseller must actively market the sharpVoice software.
The reseller must use the sharpVoice name or “Powered by sharpVoice™
technology” on all materials offering the software for sale and must comply
with the sharpVoice Brand Guide document.
The reseller must provide a marketing point of contact for CyberTalkOnline LLC.

sharpVoice™ 6.0 Software Authorized Distributor
Benefits:
The ability to purchase licenses online at reduced rates.
The use of the sharpVoice™ name and logo on your website and marketing

The ability to seamlessly incorporate sharpVoice software product licensing
into your own website through the sharpVoice distribution .NET Web Service with
provided code samples.
A private-label version of the software with your company name and details.
An Account Manager to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
The distributor must purchase 500 licenses upfront to become a recognized
distributor.
The distributor must execute an annual reseller agreement with CyberTalkOnline
LLC online.
The distributor must actively market the sharpVoice software.
The distributor must use the sharpVoice name or “Powered by sharpVoice™
technology” on all materials offering the software for sale and must comply
with the sharpVoice Brand Guide document.
The distributor must provide a marketing point of contact for CyberTalkOnline
LLC.
